Check your company's visibility in AI
Free, no credit card required.
A device stops working. Its owner searches for repair and reaches a parts shop that does not perform repairs. Useful after-purchase content shortens that journey: it identifies the right contact, scope and details to prepare. Build that map without rewriting a repair manual.
Begin with product owners' questions
After-purchase visibility addresses a different need from selecting an offer. Owners ask where to send a device for service, how to find official support or where to obtain parts documentation. They need the right assistance route for a product they already own.
Create a separate question map. Record model, market, need and destination page for each question. This article concerns finding assistance. Detailed instructions for a particular fault require their own clear scope and technical verification.
Distinguish manufacturer, partner and independent service
A manufacturer may operate its own service centre or identify partners. An independent provider may work on a product without becoming authorised. For every business, record its role and the source confirming it.
| Support route | What to verify |
|---|---|
| Official support | contact and documentation supplied by the manufacturer. |
| Confirmed partner | current authorisation information and its scope. |
| Independent provider | clearly described services it offers itself. |
| Parts seller | a real offer and documentation for the correct product. |
This is an information map, not a determination of customer rights. Warranty service, paid repair and parts purchases are different routes. Their terms should be described by the business providing them.
Build an assistance-route card
For each route, include business name, market served, product category, contact method, source URL and verification date. If a model or serial number is needed, explain where owners can find it and how to supply it to the relevant service provider.
Schema.org: ContactPoint describes contact type, service area and service language. Use these as a checklist for the service page: which need, market and language the contact supports. These fields alone do not establish authorisation.
Do not publish owner details or complete customer tickets. A public page needs a process description rather than an individual's information. A service form and official instructions can guide readers without revealing a private contact history.
Hypothetical example: an M1 owner needs a repair. The official page identifies manufacturer support and a partner serving the owner's region. A separate parts offer links to model documentation. AI should distinguish the three routes instead of calling every parts shop an authorised service centre.
Fill information gaps for owners
Check whether readers can establish who a service is for, its coverage and what to prepare before contacting the provider. “We repair everything” does not confirm support for a particular model. If the scope is unknown, direct readers to verification with the provider.
Preserve manufacturer part identifiers and refer to appropriate documentation. Do not infer model compatibility from a photograph. This article does not replace a compatibility matrix or technical instructions. For repairs requiring qualifications, identify the appropriate professional assistance route.
Keep the map current in every market
Assign ownership of contacts and partner confirmations. Check the map when a provider, service scope or official address changes. If a partner stops providing a service, update descriptions and links so customers avoid obsolete routes.
Translations preserve model and business roles, but contacts and coverage may be local. Do not transfer a Polish service centre to another country simply because the article is translated. Use verified information for the selected market.
Measure correct referral, not just mentions
Test official service, paid repair and parts-source questions separately. Record device model, market, language, date, AI system and cited URLs. Check whether the named business actually supplies the described service.
Semly supports monitoring of these answers and sources. A brand mention does not establish correct referral.
Check before implementation
- Each contact has a verified role and scope.
- The model and market match the support route.
- The source and verification date are recorded.
- AI questions distinguish repair, support and parts.
